It would appear that subject 3ll3 has found some way or
removing the shock ring, the last transmitions of the ring
the back up protocol was activated installing a chip and
bar code upon the construct.
by the laws of Amarr he is legally a slave of the
enslavers and I would greatly like to offer him up as an
elite slave to the CEO of the bloodveil.
from further research on this genetically created
abomination it seems his genetic make up allows for rapid
blood reproduction allow him to be continuously bleed and
not suffer any side effects commonly associated with blood
loss, it has further come to my attention one the
scientists working on the project had been a blood agent
tampering with the research and was the one who saved the
prototype from being destroyed when the project was
terminated.
i further believe that the agent was later terminated by
member of the sansha trying to claim the prototype but
failed to do so, i am more than sure mass production of
this subject could fill all our blood needs and those of
the blood sects.
how ever acquiring him has proven difficult and i have had
to finance the war declaration upon the electus matari in
order to use force to acquire what stealth and dialog has
so far failed to do.

eve watching reporting to me and then there are those who
will do any thing for a hand full of iskā..yesssssāmoney

how many of your precious electus matari will betray you
for a price all ready several have taken my isk for
